Frequently asked questions

What kind of materials do you use?

We take pride in the quality frames we build. All of our frames are renewable solid wood custom designed to our specification. Your print is made using UV-resistant ink on premium matte photo paper, and protected with archival mat board and premium acrylic. Our frames are sustainably sourced and recyclable.

How soon will my frame arrive?

All of our pictures ship free within a week of your order. Currently we only ship to the continental United States.

What do I need to hang my picture?

Your picture comes with everything—wire, nail, and hook—all you need is a hammer. We also include a hanging template so you can visualize where you’d like your picture to go. Frames smaller than 8”x10” include an optional stand so you can display it on a shelf or table.

Will you help me select a frame?

We offer a complimentary design service to help you choose the best frame for your image. Simply email us at framed@pictureframebuilder.com with your image and our designers will help you find the best selection.
